Welcome to Krushna Saileela. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Agreement & Eligibility

• By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Kushals. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2) Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or fraud risk.
• Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

3) Orders, Availability & Acceptance

• All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We may cancel or limit quantities due to stock issues, pricing errors, payment review, or suspected misuse. Any amounts charged will be refunded for cancelled portions.
• Order confirmation emails/SMS are acknowledgements; final acceptance occurs when we dispatch the item(s).

4) Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• Prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable.
• We support secure payment methods (e.g., Razorpay/PayU/UPI/Cards/Netbanking). Card/bank details are processed by the gateway.
• Despite best efforts, pricing/stock errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and cancel/refund if needed.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary by pincode and courier factors.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address provided. Please inspect packages on receipt and report issues promptly.
• Undeliverable/incorrect addresses may cause delays or returns; re‑delivery charges may apply.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Please refer to our Returns Policy (if separate) for windows, conditions, and non‑returnable categories (e.g., used items, hygiene‑sensitive items, customised pieces).
• Items must be unused, with tags/packaging intact. Refunds are processed to original payment method wherever possible.
• We may refuse a return if the item is damaged, missing components, or outside the allowed period.

7) Product Info, Images & Colors

• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product details. Minor variations in color/finish may occur due to screens/lighting and artisanal processes.
• Measurements and weights are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.

8) Offers, Coupons & Gift Cards

• Promotions and coupon codes are time‑bound, have specific terms, and cannot be clubbed unless expressly permitted.
• Gift cards/store credits are subject to validity and redemption conditions mentioned on them or at checkout.

9) Reviews & User Content

• By posting reviews, ratings, or photos, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our Services and marketing.
• You must not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
