Thank you for shopping with krushna-saileela. This page explains when and how you can return, exchange, or receive a refund.
Business days are Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays. Please keep original packaging and invoice handy for a smooth return experience.
1) Return Eligibility Window
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (counted from the day you receive the parcel).
- Raise your request within the window; beyond this period, requests may be declined.
- We recommend an unboxing video for faster resolution in case of damage/missing items.
2) Condition of Items
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags, pouches/boxes, authenticity cards, freebies, and invoice must be returned.
- Items showing wear, scratches, stains, perfume residue, or alterations will be ineligible.
3) Non‑Returnable Items
- Hygiene‑sensitive items: earrings, nose pins, and body jewelry (unless defective on arrival).
- Customized/engraved/altered items.
- Final sale/marked “non‑returnable” at checkout.
- Gift cards/store credits.
4) How to Raise a Return/Exchange
- Go to “My Orders” (if registered) or email us at dipeshpbalsara@gmail.com.
- Share order ID, reason, and photos/video (outer box, inner packaging, product).
- We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup/self‑ship instructions.
5) Pickup, Self‑Ship & Packing
- Pickup: Available for most pincodes. Keep parcel ready; ensure secure packing to avoid transit damage.
- Self‑ship: If pickup is unavailable, ship to the address we provide. Keep the receipt safe.
- On approved self‑ship, we may reimburse standard courier charges (up to a cap) via coupon/credit—share the receipt.
6) Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability for the requested size/color/model.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll pay the difference; for lower value, we issue store credit/refund as per policy.
- One‑time exchange per order item is permitted.
7) Refund Method & Timeline
- Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunded to your UPI/Bank account after we collect details securely.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of QC approval at our warehouse; actual credit timelines depend on your bank/gateway.
- Shipping/COD fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
8) Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the parcel and item.
- On verification, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund (including shipping) as applicable.
- Items damaged due to improper use/handling are not covered.
9) Cancellations & Refusals
- Before dispatch: You can request cancellation; we’ll issue a full refund if not yet shipped.
- After dispatch: Please accept delivery and file a return; doorstep refusal may be treated as Return‑to‑Origin (RTO).
- Repeated COD refusals may impact future COD eligibility.
