This Shipping Policy describes how
krushna-saileela (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes and delivers your orders across India.
1) Service Coverage (India)
We currently ship across most pincodes in India via reputed courier partners. If your pincode is non‑serviceable or requires special handling (remote area), our support team will contact you with options.
2) Order Processing Time
- Standard processing time: 24–48 business hours from successful payment confirmation.
- During sales/festive periods, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll keep you informed via email/SMS.
3) Delivery Timelines (Indicative)

Note: Courier cut‑offs, weather, strikes, or regulatory checks can affect timelines.
4) Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1000.
- For orders below ₹1000, a nominal shipping fee (e.g., ₹79) applies. The exact fee is shown at checkout.
- Remote area surcharge (if any) will be displayed or shared before dispatch.
5) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select pincodes and order values. A small COD handling fee (e.g., ₹50) may apply.
- Please keep the exact amount ready. Courier partners may not carry change.
- Refusing COD orders repeatedly may restrict future COD eligibility.
6) Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link and AWB number.
- You can also track from your “My Orders” section (if registered) using the same AWB.
- If tracking doesn’t update for 48 hours, contact our support with your order ID.
7) Address Changes & Delivery Attempts
- Before dispatch: Write to us quickly to edit your address. We’ll try our best to update it.
- After dispatch: Address changes may not be possible; re‑routing is at courier discretion and may add delay/charges.
- Couriers typically make up to 3 attempts. If undelivered, the parcel may return to origin (RTO).
8) Undeliverable, RTO & Re‑Shipments
- If a parcel returns due to incorrect address, repeated non‑availability, or refusal, we can re‑ship on request.
- Re‑shipping charges may apply; prepaid refunds (if applicable) are processed after the parcel is received back and inspected.
9) Damaged/Tampered Parcels & Missing Items
- If the outer package looks open, tampered, or damaged, kindly refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
- If accepted and the item inside is damaged or missing, raise a ticket within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the parcel and product.
- We’ll work with the courier to resolve and either replace or refund as per our Returns Policy.
10) International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. For future international shipping updates, follow our social channels or subscribe to our newsletter.
